Project Graduation 2017 Overview

September 5, 2016

Although the school year is just beginning, the Senior Class of 2017 FareWell Tour has begun, and the Project Graduation Committee is already hard at work. More than 600 seniors will graduate from WHS on May 25, 2017. Immediately following their graduation, all seniors are invited to attend Project Graduation held at WHS. This long-standing tradition is an all-night alcohol and drug-free event that keeps our graduates and community safe on one of the most dangerous driving nights of the year for teens across the country. The event is organized and chaperoned by parent volunteers and funded by proceeds from the Project Graduation Raffle and from generous donations from parents and the community. Eanes ISD provides no funding for the event. Please make a donation or purchase a raffle ticket.

safest night of the year

Graduation night has historically been the deadliest night of the year for graduating Seniors. The mission of Project Graduation is to turn it into the safest night of the year by providing an event where Seniors can have fun in a drug and alcohol free environment.
